How the first conversation works

Who you speak with

Pascale and Éric are the people you speak with directly, with their respective teams joining when the scope calls for it. Pascale listens to the context around the music: the situation, teams, audiences, patterns of use, operational realities and brand intention. Éric listens to the music itself: the material, the editorial direction, the balances it creates and what can hold together over time. Those two forms of attention meet in the first conversation.

How it works

We begin with the project as it stands: its context, operational constraints, what already exists and the questions that have brought you to us. The conversation stays focused on what helps us understand the situation, with questions introduced as they become useful.

What may follow

If an engagement takes shape, the audit becomes its first stage. It gives us a sufficiently precise starting point from which to define what should follow, based on what is actually there. Sometimes a first conversation simply leads to agreeing when to pick the subject up again. We decide what follows together.

For a professional partnership, use Partners. For an active engagement requiring technical, editorial or operational help, use Support.
