The following terms govern your access to and use of the website musiceyeview.com. By accessing or using the site, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not accept them, please refrain from using the site.

By accessing the website musiceyeview.com (the “Site”), you accept these Terms of Use. They apply to all visitors to the Site.
2. About Music Eye View
The Site is published by Music Eye View SAS, a French company specialising in sound identity governance for professional environments. Full legal information appears in the “Legal notice” section at the bottom of this page.
3. Scope of these terms
Music Eye View’s commercial engagements with clients are governed by the contractual documents applicable to each assignment: framework agreements, documents defining the scope of services and order forms. Those documents are separate from these Terms of Use.
4. Permitted use of the Site
Unless otherwise stated, Music Eye View SAS and, where applicable, the relevant rights holders own all intellectual property rights in the Site and the material it contains. Within the limits set out in these terms, you may:
- view pages and other content from the Site;
- download pages for caching purposes on your personal device;
- print individual pages for your own personal, non-commercial reference.
5. Restrictions
You must not:

Any dispute relating to the use of the Site or these Terms of Use is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules.
