The partner framework

You retain the client relationship, control your pricing and keep your brand visible. Music Eye View provides the streaming infrastructure you can build into your offer: hosting and stream monitoring, a WebApp under your brand where agreed, operational documentation and second-line technical support. Depending on the mode you choose, our teams can also handle the day-to-day operation of the content you provide. Sound identity governance remains a separate engagement.

Talk to us about a partnership

One partnership, two roles

A partnership may begin with an established music programming practice, or with a broader offer that needs to incorporate sound without building the entire technical chain. Either way, the principle is the same: the partner remains the client-facing party; Music Eye View takes care of the agreed scope behind the scenes.

The client relationship stays with you

The client relationship, the brand under which the offer is presented and the pricing remain yours. Where white labelling is agreed, Music Eye View does not appear in the end-client interface.

We handle the technical foundation

Hosting, monitoring, stream maintenance and updates, the WebApp, documentation and second-line support: Music Eye View operates the infrastructure without stepping into your client relationship.

Editorial direction stays in your hands

In both modes, you retain editorial direction. In Mode A, you manage the content directly. In Mode B, Music Eye View handles day-to-day implementation from the briefs and playlists you provide. If sound identity governance is entrusted to Music Eye View, it is covered by a separate engagement.

Three types of partner

Needs differ by profession; the technical foundation can remain the same.

Professional curators

You build and maintain music programmes across several venues. The challenge is to distribute and manage them on a shared foundation without letting the technical layer take over from curation. Music Eye View can provide and operate that infrastructure.

Music programming agencies

You design music programmes for brands and manage several clients or sites. Music Eye View can provide the technical and operational infrastructure behind your offer, under your brand and according to the mode you choose.

Specialist integrators

You manage wider systems or experiences in which sound needs a defined place. Music Eye View can provide the streaming infrastructure, WebApp and corresponding support; if sound identity governance is required, that remains a separate engagement.

Our infrastructure, your brand

One technical foundation can support different configurations. What changes is how the service is operated, and what you choose to entrust to Music Eye View.

Streaming infrastructure

Music Eye View hosts, monitors, maintains and updates the streams it operates. Networks, equipment and third-party systems belonging to the partner or end client remain outside this scope.

WebApp under your brand

Where white labelling is agreed in the contract, the WebApp is configured under the partner’s brand and Music Eye View does not appear in the interface shown to the end client.

Content operations

In Mode B, our teams can create streams, set up schedules, adjust timings and update playlist content from the briefs and playlists provided by the partner.

Documentation and support

You have procedures for routine requests. You provide first-line support to your client; Music Eye View takes over at second line for the infrastructure it hosts and operates.

The Master Services Agreement, its schedules and Order Forms then set out the agreed scope, operating conditions and corresponding commercial terms.

A clear division

Each side remains responsible for its own decisions and operations.

Partner manages

The end-client relationship.
The brand under which the service is offered.
Pricing to end clients.
Editorial direction, briefs, playlists and approvals.
The third-party networks, equipment and systems it administers, or arranges to have administered, on its own premises or those of its client.

Music Eye View manages

The streaming technology and its intellectual property.
Technical monitoring and standards.
Infrastructure maintenance and continuity.
The streaming systems it operates directly, and the documented boundary between those systems and third-party systems.
In Mode B, the day-to-day implementation of content supplied by the partner.

In Mode B, Music Eye View implements the briefs and playlists approved by the partner; the partner remains the client-facing party.

Public performance licences and declarations remain the responsibility of the partner or end client, depending on the territory. Music Eye View can advise on this and provide the relevant documentation.

The scope of these responsibilities, infrastructure availability and continuity, and the non-solicitation commitment protecting end clients introduced by the partner are set out in the Master Services Agreement and its schedules.

Two operating modes, one infrastructure

The choice between the two modes changes only one thing: who handles the day-to-day management of content. In both cases, the partner retains the client relationship, control of pricing, brand visibility and editorial direction.

Commercial terms are agreed before any commitment, based on the partner’s model and projected volume.
